Job Purpose: Store keepers take stock of the company’s inventory, manage the store layout, supervise staff and keep records of sales, including ordering, receiving, and managing inventory.


  • Conveys materials and items from receiving to storage or to other designated areas
  • Sorts and places materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to assigned inventory location
  • Issues material to customers and in current system based on request specifications
  • Fills requisitions, pacing lists, requests for materials, and/or other stock items and distributes items to various crafts throughout the facility
  • Marks materials with identifying information and updates system with location
  • Performs inventory audits at all warehouses, as required
  • Material control
  • Carry out periodic inventory of the store
  • Daily check/manage ups on site equipment, stationary
  • Perform maintenance and light repairs
  • Undertake electrical maintenance
  • Repair equipment or appliances
  • Identify and report the need for major repairs

Required Qualifications:


High School Graduate or Higher


2+ years experience in managing and organizing inventory
