Job Purpose: Support Wazen by handling the technical duties in the office and coordinating with different Wazen departments to ensure day to day operations run smoothly and assist with tasks as needed.

Activities:

  • Responsible for outgoing employees (i.e. travel arrangements, confirmation, etc.)
  • Follow up PR employees documents to make sure rotations are on time
  • Follow up and collect time sheets
  • Amending CVs and preparing documents
  • Filing and archiving documents
  • Assisting colleagues with tasks
  • Performing ad-hoc duties

Required Qualifications:

Certificates

High Diploma or higher grade in related field (preferably Human Resources/Business Administration)

Experience

6 months – 1 year minimum experience

Skills

Good Knowledge of English and Arabic (speaking and writing)
Proficient in MS Office (Outlook/Word/Excel)
Very Good Verbal and Written Communication Skills

*Preferred with Libyan Driving License
